About
Cute and retro - and an awful lot of work.
This is my very first full-sized quilt. It has single-bed size. It's made out of ~400 hexagons (side length 2") and I love it alot.
I didn't use the English paper-piecing method (I wouldn't have finished it, ever) but instead I figured out a way to machine sew the hexies together. I know, that's not the traditional way, but it saved me lots of work.
I used about 20 different cotton fabrics which I think fit together really well.
