In this mini DIY project, we show you how to make a special gift tag from wood, using our hand lettering wood burning tool to give a gift that final finishing touch. Ranger • Simon Hurley create Photopolymer stamp Encouraging words
Ranger • Archival ink pad jet black

Step 1Using pigment ink, stamp a pattern or text onto the wood and leave to dry thoroughly.

Step 2For fine brush texts, use the curved tip so that you can do your hand lettering in smooth strokes. Use a wider straight tip for larger letters.

Step 3Use the fine, pointed tip to burn some small figures as decoration.
