Step 1
Mix the gingersnap crumbs, cream cheese & vanilla together.
Step 2
Form into round balls.

Place onto a tray & refrigerate for 30 mins.
Step 3
Melt chocolate.

Coat the balls in chocolate.
Step 4
Allow to set.
