Balls
4 cup Gingersnaps Crumbed 3/4 cup Cream Cheese 1/4 tsp Vanilla
Topping
10 oz White Chocolate

The taste of Christmas in an easy to make treat.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix the gingersnap crumbs, cream cheese & vanilla together.

2. 

   Form into round balls. Place onto a tray & refrigerate for 30 mins.

3. 

   Melt chocolate. Coat the balls in chocolate.

4. 

   Allow to set.
