Step 1
take your fabric and fold it in half.
draw a shape of a hood on the top

cut and sew the top.
you should be left with something that looks like a infinity scarf with a hood.

then you cut vertical lines at the bottom

turn this inside out and you're done!

I made it, but the fringes on yours seem to go down quite low, but on mine they are all quite high. How did you make yours all spaced out?
And, also...what material did you use? T-shirt? Thanks ^^

the ones near the edge are shorter because the fabric is on a slant ^ ^
