This is a little more difficult than regular french braiding, but it looks super pretty.

Yes, I'm using a Barbie doll. My hair is too short to braid.

You Will Need

    Make sure your hair is tangle free from root to tip. You can't braid hair with tangles.

    Then, create a small section at the top of your head.

    Separate that section into two smaller sections, then take a tiny bit of hair from the pre-existing right section, cross it over, and add it to the left. Then take a tiny section from the pre-existing left section and cross it over and add it to the right. That is a basic fishtail braid.
