Step 1
Heat oven 355/180 degrees.

Rub the flour & butter together until resembles bread crumbs.
Step 2
Add icing sugar.

Stir through.
Step 3
Add egg & enough water to form a dough.

Wrap in cling film & place in fridge for at least 30 mins.
Step 4
Filling...

Mix ingredients together.
Step 5
Half the dough?
Press into a tray.
Step 6
Pour in the filling.
Step 7
Place the other pastry on top.
Step 8
Prick the top of the pastry.

Brush with egg or milk.

Bake for 25-30 mins
Step 9
Sprinkle the top with sugar.
Step 10
Cut & serve.
