Florentine Slice Fruity bars that taste like the biscuits.
Heat oven 170 degrees.
Combine the fruit, cherries & almonds together.
Stir in flour.
Melt together the honey & butter.
Let cool for a couple of mins.
Add the egg & the honey mixture to the fruit.
Stir through.
Pour into tin.
Bake for 30-35 mins until golden brown.
Set aside to cool.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour over the cooled fruit bake.
Allow to set.
serve.
