You will need

375 g Mixed Fruit 125 g Almonds 200 g Cherries 1/4 cup Plain Flour 150 g Butter 1/2 cup Honey 1 Egg 200 g Chocolate

Fruity bars that taste like the biscuits.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 170 degrees. Combine the fruit, cherries & almonds together.

2. 

   Stir in flour.

3. 

   Melt together the honey & butter. Let cool for a couple of mins.

4. 

   Add the egg & the honey mixture to the fruit. Stir through.

5. 

   Pour into tin. Bake for 30-35 mins until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

6. 

   Melt the chocolate. Pour over the cooled fruit bake. Allow to set.

7. 

   serve.
