Step 1
Mix together corn flour, flour, salt & pepper.

Chop chicken into chunks.

Dip pieces in egg.

Coat in flour mixture. Fry in oil until golden.
Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients together.

Heat up until sugar is melted and sauce is thickened.
Step 3
Mix chicken and sauce together.
Step 4
Serve.
