  • Step 1

Boil 2 cups water. Put in 1 1/2 cups of rice (medium grain is what I used). Put a lid on the pot and set a timer for 20 minutes. Stir about every 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

Take saran wrap and a cup and put the saran wrap in the cup (not all the way down) with some draping off of the sides. Put in 2 1/2 spoonfuls of rice onto the saran wrap and then make an indent in the rice and put in your dried fruit and cover up with a little bit more rice.

  • Step 3

Take the saran wrap and pull it out of the cup and twist it at the top, forming the rice inside into a ball. Unwrap the saran wrap and then place the rice ball into a container. Do this for the rest of your rice.

  • Step 4

STORING: THIS CAN ONLY BE STORED FOR A FEW DAYS OR LESS!!!!!!!!
I put it in a container with a good lid and right after it is made I close the container up and put it in the fridge. Check on the stickiness of the rice balls if you are concerned. This will only last for a few days.
