Step 1
Heat oven 180 degrees.

Melt butter & chocolate together.
Step 2
Whisk together eggs & both sugars until doubled in volume.
Step 3
Fold in the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Sift in the flour & cocoa.
Step 5
Fold in 3/4 of the double deckers.
Step 6
Pour into a tray.

Bake for 10 mins.
Step 7
Remove from the oven.

Sprinkle with remaining double Deckers.

Bake for 10 more mins.

Allow to cool.
Step 8
Cut & serve.
