Date & Oat Bars A sweet & tasty bar that is easy to make.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Place all filling ingredients into pan bring to a boil & simmer until thick & syrupy.
Set aside.
Combine all the dry crust ingredients together.
Pour in the butter & stir to coat.
Press half the Oat mixture into a tray.
Pour over the filling.
Spread out evenly.
Top with remaining Oat mixture.
Lightly press but leave it crumbly.
Bake for 25-35 mins until golden brown.
Cut into squares & serve.
