• 

  Step 1

  Cut out circles of felt of various colors and sizes and pick out some buttons.

• 

  Step 2

  Layout as many colors as you like to make your eyeball and decide where you want the bead/pupil will sit once it's all sewed up. You may want to decide on a color scheme.

  Step 3

  Put the bead one side as you make the first stitch, pushing the needle through and making one or two loops to secure the felt.

• 

  Step 4

  Now you add your bead and make 4/5 loops to make it sit secure.

• 

  Step 5

  Don't worry about how messy the back gets just be gentle and keep an eye on things staying secure.

• 

  Step 6

  So I ditched the orange and went for some pink turquoise eyes.

• 

  Step 7

  To make the mouth get another circle and scrunch up circle at the center and sew several loops to secure it stays scrunched up.

• 

  Step 8

  It help to layout how where you want the eyes and mouth to go.

• 

  Step 9

  Now you can attach the lips and eyes to your top. You may decide you want outline all the circles with stitched but I only went for the outer.

  And Volia!
