Step 1
Cookie Mix in a Jar Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup sugar in the raw {brown sugar can be substituted here}
3/4 cup chocolate chips -
Step 4
Once you’ve done one layer, add in the cocoa flour and repeat the compacting trick until you’re satisfied. Be careful on the edges, that’s what shows and is what your neighbors will use to judge your craftiness.
Repeat the layers until you’re out of flour & cocoa mixtures. Top with either your raw or brown sugar and the chocolate chips.

Enjoy.
