You Will Need

Step 1Whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla.

Step 2Add cream & coconut milk.
Mix together.

Step 3Pour into the machine.
Churn according to machine instructions. Approx 55 mins.

Step 4Fold in coconut.
Pour into a tub & freeze until needed.
