You need an Icecream machine to make this.

You will need

2 eggs 3/4 cup Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

You need an Icecream machine to make this.

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla.

2. 

   Add cream & coconut milk. Mix together.

3. 

   Pour into the machine. Churn according to machine instructions. Approx 55 mins.

4. 

   Fold in coconut. Pour into a tub & freeze until needed.

5. 

   Serve.
