Christmas rolls These are easy to make & tastes delicious.
Heat oven 200 degrees
Rub the butter into the flour & salt until fine breadcrumbs.
Add the milk & bring to a dough.
Roll out.
Spread the mincemeat out onto the pastry.
Roll up into a sausage.
Cut into portions.
Place into tin.
Place into oven for approximately 15-20 mins.
Remove from the oven & cool completely
Mix up the icing.
Pour the icing over.
Serve
