These are easy to make & tastes delicious.

You will need

100 g Self-Raising Flour 25 g Butter Pinch Salt 75 ml Milk 400 g Mincemeat Glaze Icing

These are easy to make & tastes delicious.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees Rub the butter into the flour & salt until fine breadcrumbs.

2. 

   Add the milk & bring to a dough.

3. 

   Roll out.

4. 

   Spread the mincemeat out onto the pastry.

5. 

   Roll up into a sausage.

6. 

   Cut into portions. Place into tin. Place into oven for approximately 15-20 mins.

7. 

   Remove from the oven & cool completely

8. 

   Mix up the icing. Pour the icing over.

9. 

   Serve
