Chicken Kebabs These are best prepared in advance & refrigeratorated.
Mix all ingredients together until it forms a sticky paste.
Divide into equal size balls.
Squeeze the meat mixture onto a kebab stick.
It is best to place in the fridge for a while now to firm up the meat.
Cook under a grill for approximately 10 mins. turn the skewers until the meat is cooked through.
Serve.
