Sticky Chicken
This is like BBQ chicken but made in the oven.
The sauce is sweet & sticky.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Place chicken on a tray & cook for 1 hour.
Turn half way through.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together.
After an hour baste the chicken with half the sauce.
Return to the oven for 20 mins.

Step 3Remove, turn & baste the chicken with the remaining sauce.
Bake for another 20 mins until crisp.

Step 4Remove from the oven & serve.
