This is like BBQ chicken but made in the oven. The sauce is sweet & sticky.

You will need

Chicken portions 1 cup Ketchup 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 1/4 cup Honey 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Cumin

Description

This is like BBQ chicken but made in the oven. The sauce is sweet & sticky.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Place chicken on a tray & cook for 1 hour. Turn half way through.

2. 

   Mix all other ingredients together. After an hour baste the chicken with half the sauce. Return to the oven for 20 mins.

3. 

   Remove, turn & baste the chicken with the remaining sauce. Bake for another 20 mins until crisp.

4. 

   Remove from the oven & serve.
