You can easily add more or less ingredients according to the amount of people.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Flour the chicken breast.
Place into the bottom of the pan.

Step 2Cover with onions & garlic.

Step 3Add spinach.

Step 4Add chopped mushrooms.

Step 5Slice potatoes & layer on top of the dish.

Step 6Mix cream cheese & stock together.
-
Step 7Pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place lid on & cook for approximately 1 hour 30 mins.

Step 8Remove the lid & cook for approximately 20 more mins until potatoes are crispy.
Serve.
