Step 1
Heat oven 175 degrees.

Melt butter.
Step 2
Add sugar & stir to combine.
Step 3
Add eggs, vanilla & baking powder.

Stir through.
Step 4
Add flour.

Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add coconut.

Stir through.
Step 6
Pour into a tin.

Bake for 30-35 mins.

Allow to cool.
Step 7
Cut & serve
