You will need

1/2 cup Butter 2 cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 Eggs 1 cup Plain Flour 1 1/2 cup Coconut

Really tasty sticky, chewy Coconut Bars.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Melt butter.

2. 

   Add sugar & stir to combine.

3. 

   Add eggs, vanilla & baking powder. Stir through.

4. 

   Add flour. Stir to combine.

5. 

   Add coconut. Stir through.

6. 

   Pour into a tin. Bake for 30-35 mins. Allow to cool.

7. 

   Cut & serve
