Carrot Cake You can add Walnuts 50 g & Currant 75 g if you like.
Heat oven 355/180 degrees.
Mix together sugars & oil.
Add eggs.
Mix in.
Add carrot, walnuts, currant & zest.
Fold in flour, bicarb, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30-40 mins.
Butter cream...
Mix ingredients together.
cover the cake.
Cut & serve.
