You Will Need

Step 1Cut out flame shapes from felt in red (biggest), orange (middle) and yellow (smallest)
Cut out eyes and pupils from white and black felt and I also added a little Howl heart in pink felt on the back. -
Step 2
I glued my felt detail but could be sewn also.
Then, sew front and back edges, right sides together. Turn out and stuff the stitch closed
