• 

  Step 1

  * Take your top shirt and cut 6" (or cut around da breast) from da top as shown in da picture

• 

  Step 2

  * Measure,mark and cut an w15" x h12"

  * pin only the side together and sew the pinned side

  * fold and pin the bottom line of the skirt.

• 

  Step 3

  * sew the waist and press seam

• 

  Step 4

  * fold the bottom line of the shirt
  * pleat the skirt and shirt together,pin pleats and sew

• 

  Step 5

  * its coming out like this

• 

  Step 6

  * tie da bow around the breast line

  * Done with da Blue Scotty Dress...

• 

  Step 7

  * I did it last night for ma niece, OungOing << her name >> What ya thinkin?

could u edit this and let people know (Some of us are a little sewing challenged)in step 2 the material is doubled and you are actually using 30 inches wide i couldnt figure out why my first one was a straight skirt thank god i didnt have it sewn on yet lol!
