Based on Blue Scotty Dress by Nanzaa LOW
My BIG thanks for the original idea!
My dress started as a plain cotton baby shirt. I used the lower part of my old skirt so no hemming was necessary. To spruce it up I cross-stitched the floral design using waste canvas and added a blue ribbon as a sash.
I had enough remnants left to make a matching dress for my baby's doll.
