Crocheted pot holders/ hot plate mats.
I made these ( 2 large, 2 medium) pot holders for my niece/goddaughter who is moving out for the first time next month. Easy to make, and useful for multiple purposes.

I used double stitch for the bulk, and single stitch for the hanger loop. Took less than a skein of yarn to complete.
