WOW girl u really gotta stop posting things u didnt make yourself. this is the second post i see from you that you didnt do...if you're gonna post these things at least do a HOW-TO on how you would recreate it or give credit to Urban Decay or the makeup artist.

i agree with Callie C. and Interstellar Supernatural.
i don't consider this a project unless you're actually telling step by step of what you did. and you don't need glitter, you need glitter eyeliner. regular glitter would just harm your eyes.

this photo is from urban decay. i'm not really sure why this is on here. you didn't do anything or even say anything other than "eyes glitters eyeliner eyemaskara" which doesn't explain anything at all.
