You Will Need

Step 1
Cover a store-bought pie crust (the rolled kind that comes in a long box) with brie, brown sugar, sliced almonds and cinnamon

Step 2
Lay thinly sliced apples over the cheese layer

Step 3
Pinch edges then bake on a greased sheet for 20-25 min or until golden at 350º.
