A free-form tart with Apples, honey and pomegranate

Instructions

1. Cover a store-bought pie crust (the rolled kind that comes in a long box) with brie, brown sugar, sliced almonds and cinnamon

2. Lay thinly sliced apples over the cheese layer

3. Pinch edges then bake on a greased sheet for 20-25 min or until golden at 350º.
