Step 1
Whisk the eggs in pale & frothy.
Step 2
Add sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg & salt.

Whisk in.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in the cream.
Step 4
Whisk in the milk.
Step 5
Pour into a cup & top with cream & nutmeg.
