Super fast to make. You can add more or less nutmeg to taste. It tastes better if you can leave it over night in the fridge.

You will need

4 Eggs 1/3 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk the eggs in pale & frothy.

2. 

   Add sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg & salt. Whisk in.

3. 

   Slowly whisk in the cream.

4. 

   Whisk in the milk.

5. 

   Pour into a cup & top with cream & nutmeg.
