Pokemon Swap!

I think following the newbie/vet swap rules would be a good idea, and it is probably best to have a back up plan. Make sure newbies get proof of postage for their swap parcel (I know that costs no more here) so they can prove when the swap has been sent, post isn't always reliable
We do seem to be outnumbered by newbies this time :L

No we aren't outnumbered by newbies but there is an odd number. I cannot swap with the US because their packages get lost 80% of the time so this is the only way I see it working:

myself + Advitha K.
judithchen + Vicky Ninja
Smercurial sends to GryffindorGrl
GryffindorGrl sends to NameYourMonster
NameYourMonster sends to Smercurial

So GryffindorGrl and NameYourMonster need to stay in touch so that they know when it's okay to send the newbie's package.

Let me know if there are any problems with this.

So do I just make sure that I receive mine from Smercurial before sending out to the next in line?

No you send to your partner as normal but let NameYourMonster know when you receive yours so that she can send to Smercurial. If she flakes out then at least NameYourMonster could send to you.

Hi Joss. my swap with vicky is doing fine, I've finished the first item and now on the second one. We're making 2 plush, 1 free item and 2 small bought items - which I can't found in any stores nearby so I ordered them online.

this is an early teaser for Vicky. I'm down with making the last item, and excited to finish it. The teaser only consist of the 3 handmade items by me, since the small bought items are still on the way here (they're also handmade). Would be nice if everyone could post a teaser or update information about their swaps too

Oh my goodness that teaser is super exciting!! I need to get yours all finished! I'm going on another fabric hunt tomorrow (the store didn't have what I wanted when I last went) so hopefully I'll be able to get the bits to make your smaller plush

I haven't finished it yet I wouldn't want to post a teaser until I'm done really, is that ok? I can post a photo with the fabrics and stuff I'm using if you would like that (the fabric store had some nice bits in today )
