Swap request
Oooo...exciting.
I posted it on the 'Vintage Patterns" thread; but I have a ton!!! of old patterns, they include kids, men, women, (many 10-14), shals, pant suits, costumes and stuffed animals, etc.
I'd be willing to swap!! I could post photos, or whatever. If anybody has patterns too!
I had a look Krista, but i don't think I have enough patterns to swap.
well! Libby, I don't know if you are actually interested in receiving patterns, but I would swap a pattern or two for some of those charms, i don't have to do item for item..... eh? I posted a pic. on the vintage thread, but I'll post the pic here too...
To anybody else: I have these an I'd like to swap out some...for something interesting.
i saw this thing called story/ journal around the US and thought it would really cool to try . all you would have to do is i would start by writing something then i would send it to the next person and they would send it on and by the end it would come back . i would gladly write in someone else s if you choose . its an idea and sounded fun.
Glad you liked it Julie!
Mailed Libby's package today... did I leave the teaser photo on the other post..? HA! sorry we had two board posts going on and I really want to confirm and "show" and all that. I hope I don't seem too all-over-the-place....
(vintage patterns thread is the other)
I got my Heart and pin cushion from Pam yesterday.

I think the heart is gorgeous. Its now hanging over my bedpost and looks really cute. She had put loads of detail into the embroidery (theres even embroidery on the back).

The pincushion is also lovely. I was wondering why it had arrived in a box marked fragile. Thats because she combined the pincushion with a storage jar, she even sent stash! It fits in wonderfully with all the jars and pincushions that i have on my craft desk. The steel wool in the cushion was also such a good idea. Thanks again Pam!
Would any-one be interested in a vintage swap? Something made from all vintage materials or vintage themed? any idea's or interest let me know
