Newbie Vs Vet Swap (New again)

I messaged Sandy to be her Vet (yay for Newbies shipping internationally!)
Update @Rawr Rawr: you can take my swap with RosiiPosii off the list, we're keeping in touch but I still don't know whether and when we'll be able to complete it, we'll see.
My swap with Reckless Butterfly should be complete soon enough, she sent her side of the swap a long time ago and I should receive it any day now. She already received my side of the swap because it was a weird reversed Newbie vs Vet swap (we had customs problems).
The list on the first page is missing my current swap with 36 Green Ducks, I received her side of the swap and I'm sending out tomorrow, so it is nearly complete too ^____^

Sandy r. I'm in Sydney too. Happy don't find too many swappers in Australia. Id love to swap with you
Update: I realized after that Mary had already asked you too. It's up o you but shipping in Australia is cheaper and quicker than to Italy

That's true. xD But I've already said yes to Mary. I'll definitely swap with you next time around though.

Okay thanks for the updates Mary. I just noticed yesterday that some of the partner lists have been there since I started the new thread so they can't still be ongoing? If you know what I mean

@Rawr Rawr: you may want to check with the people involved in the swaps. If they don't answer, I guess you can just take the swaps off.
@Dizzy: I don't mean to be rude hun, but you're technically not a Vet yet ^____^°°°
To be a Vet you need to have completed a good number of swaps (say, five or six), have at least 100 posts on the board and be a site regular. This doesn't prevent you from doing a private swap with Sandy, but it wouldn't count as a Newbie vs Vet swap. Sorry ^___^°°°

This might sound a bit stupid but can someone explain me with a bit more detail what it this about? Happy

well the Newbie vs vet swaps is where A vet someone who has been on the site a long time and has completed a wide range of swaps sponsors a Newbie, someone new to the site and swapping. The pair can then decide the theme of their swap, the time of send out, and any special requirements such as does the recipient have pierced ears or any metal allergies (useful info for if like me you make jewellery) the swaps are a great way to used to craft swaps. I'm a vet having used the sight continuously for nearly 2 and a half years and have hosted some fab swaps. You need to put if you can ship internationally too and where your from i.e country and state just so people know which vet you would be best suited to Happy

I can send internationally, but only after the last week in the months. I live in Sulva in Finland...
Thanks for the replay, Hannah! :9
