Valentines day/ Anti-valentines swap

I know its early to plan for valentines day, but i want to see if this would work Happy|

So i was thinking that this could be a valentines day themed swap with all that gushy heart shaped crafts galore. Or if you and your partner are more to the darker side of things, you could go the anti route, like automically correct hearts . What do you all think?

I think that is a great idea!

I would be interested in doing some punk valentines stuff, hearts and happy times embellished with studs and spikes rather than glitter and jewels... though an anatomically accurate heart themed valentines would be super fun!

How many items would we swap? Would it be a "choose your own medium to work in" type of swap? Or would we all make with a structured set of crafting limits?

I am working on my first swap currently, but I hope I can participate in this one nonetheless! Thanks for the fabulous idea, Angel Eve!

I was hoping that the send out date would be Febuary 1st, so that mabey we could all recieve them by the 14th.

Karlei*-And i was thinking between 3-5 items, more or less if you talk to your partner first. Also you could use whatever you wanted to make the items, they just have to be valentine-y themed Happy

I'd love to do this, is it going to be whatever crafts you fancy, or can we just decide that between ourselves once we get partnered up?

You would just decide that once you get partnered up. Like if you wanted tradtional thrmed items, your partner would craft those for you

Type of valentines theme you would like to recieve: I like the Anit-Valentines theme idea but I like happy, pretty things, I just prefer the color scheme behind "anti". Red, pink & black as opposed to Red, pink & white.

Sign ups will be open until the 17th ( depending on the amount of people) , send outs will be Feb 6th. That gives about 2 1/2 weeks to make for your partner. Hopefully with the dates like this, everybody should recieve their parcel on or by valentines day. If the dates dont work for you, talk to your partner about it. Happy
