explanation: I really hate to do this but I haven't heard from her in 3 weeks, although I have seen her once or twice on the boards I think. We were in a 3 way swap that was suppose to mail out Sept 17th. At first she could not send out because there was a fire near her home and she had to evacuate. I totally understand this and was cool with giving her more time- that was not a problem. But I went ahead and sent out to my partner and my partner said she mailed out to Riley a few days after that. I contacted Riley to see where she was with the swap and she said she had been busy with other things but was sending out soon. I waited 2 more weeks and didn't receive anything so I sent her another message to see what was up. That was a week ago and no package and no reply to the message.

I understand that we all get busy and I have been tardy with swaps before as well. But I feel that if you are committed to swaps you shouldn't be taking on other projects until your obligation to the swap is completed.
