This is not a swap Im doing but I saw Angel Eves post and was going to suggest that you should make a little swap log like Sugarlishes...

Oh spooky, i do keep track of my swaps in a binder, along with the item ideas. I just could never find the date when we were susposed to send out , thats all. ( I wasnt really sure for all of round 2 actually ) Its myt lack of attention skills to search for things :p

Oh, round 2 sign ups ended on the first friday of the month, sendout is 2 weeks after that, and there are 2 weeks of "wiggle room" after sendout for everyone to get their packages and figure out if they want to sign up for the next one. If this plan works out than I'm going to adapt it for every month.
