I'm so sad that this happened to both of you!! I wish there was a way to regulate things, so this problem doesn't arise...but of course you can't control people. Heather C. told me shipping from Canada to the U.S. takes an age and a half, so that explains the issue with her package taking a billion years to get here...it's still on it's way ^-^
I hope these partners that have gotten lost will find their ways back here...
