Uses for heat guns?

what sort of things can you do with a craft heat gun? (besides melting scoobies together! Tongue)

Here is an idea that I found online once...can't remember where...take a terra cotta flower pot(the small one) flip it over and hot glue a terra cotta bottom on top of it (it will look like a bird bath) paint the inside of the plate blue and fill it with melted hot glue and when it dries it will be clear and look like water...paint and decorate the bird bath...hope that makes since

why can't you just put real water in it, otherwise the birds can't use it?
It just defeats the whole purpose of the thing.

it's not meant to be outside...however you could do that...it is the small pot so it is just for a decoration in a house...use the large pot if your going to put it outside
