HELP WITH SHOES! :)

Hi everyone, I'm new to the community. I had a question...
would mod podge be successful in making replicas such as these?

and with mod podge, since I've never used it before myself. what kind of images can I use so i can execute this successfully?

You should search the site for comic book shoes there is a girl that does a ton of styles and has a really good how to. I just cant remember one of the names specifically. Lol

Yes you can use mod podge for replicas of those- 1 layer of mod podge on blank shoe-then put the picture or whatever on it-then another layer of mod podge-then you may went to put waterproof covering over Happy
