Horse Riding Hat Cover

Hellooo Happy I want to know how to make a hat cover for a Horse Riding Hat, can anyone tell me how?

It's an oval shape with a channel sewn around edge for the draw string to pull it into the hat. It's best if you make the channel seperate for strength. Use a fabric simular to jodpur fabric, strong with a little stretch as it will fit better
