help please..
im thinkin of selling flower headbands.. how much do you think i could sell them for?
and do you think the middle of the flower is to little?
one more question lol sorry... do you think id be better so sew on the flower or hot glue it on?
What a cute headband
I can't help you with the pricing because I'm crap at that lol I have to ask at least 10 other people to help me when I price my stuff for etsy.
But in regards to the flower, I would sew it on. I think hot glue would wouldn't last as long as sewing, especially with the stretch of the headband...
ok thanks i think so too.
Def sew it on. Well as far as a price, figure out about how much it cost you to make one. Then how much time did it take ? For example, if it cost you about one dollar to make it, perhaps you could sell them for 3 dollars. Again, just an example. I mean you want to calculate the cost of materials and labor. Also, go over to Etsy or someplace like it, and search for similar items to what you make. That always helps getting an idea of what you will be able to get.
alright.. good idea
i would defiantly sew it on! the flower is very cute i don't think the middle is too small. rough guess i would say $5 is a good price but i don't know how much time or the cost of the materials. good luck
really? i was thinking about one the most two lol see thats why i needed help lol i dunno im still kinda iffy about selling my stuff its weird to me
From a business point of view I would calculate how much the cost of the materials are for making it, perhaps taking into consideration the length of time each one is made in and the profit margin you would like.
For example... lets say the cost of your materials is £0.50 and you want a profit margin of 50%, then you would add 50% of the price on top (50% is probably alot btw, this is just an example. A reasonable amount would probably be about about 20-30% ish), 50% of £0.50 is £0.25 - adding them together would make it £0.75...
If it takes a long time to make then I would add abit more to the price... but I guess you get what I mean.
Well I hope you do :S
i do thanks
Lol - sorry I got a bit carried away.
If you are still stuck at what price to sell your headbands at, then I would have a look at a couple of accessory shops or shops that sell similar items and look at what they sell theirs at, it might give you a rough estimate.
I would probably spend about £3 on a headband (about $5)
Hope that THIS post is more helpful than my last
<3
