Old username and photo still showing...?

I just went through an overhaul of my username and profile icon to be more up-to-date (or such). When I go to look at my profile, everything's changed just fine, but by my projects, it still shows the old name and icon from when they were made. Clicking on the projects shows the same username and icon as before I changed them.

Is the change in username and icon just a gradual one or is it supposed to change instantly for everywhere the pic and name are posted?

Sometimes logging out and back in will fix it as it might just be a bug on your end. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then reload the site if relogging doesn't work.
