Things disappearing from 'You Will Need' list

Okay, so I'm having a problem when posting creations; I add materials to the 'You Will Need' section, but after clicking save and coming back to the project later, some of the materials I put down have randomly vanished from the list. It's also happened when clicking save and then publishing the project. It's cropped up a few times now.
Has anyone else had this problem?
