Does anybody know how to change the avatar to a photo?

Scroll over "Hi (Your Name)" at the top, and click on Edit Profile. Under the picture, choose the file you want from your computer and upload it. The picture should show up. If not, try a different picture. If you don't get this, just tell me and I'll try to help again.
