Problem adding photos and steps

I cant upload the photos of the steps anybody knows whats happend? i need to upload three new projects !!

Sometimes when you upload them they won't show at first but if you save it and preview they will be there.

I've had the same problem... the only way I've been able to fix it is by resizing my photo to a smaller file size, which sucks because I prefer my photos to be more detailed and the website should be able to resize them to whatever will fit the page automatically during upload... ugh.
